Welcome to our run.eat.live blog. Our philosophy is that life is meant to enjoyed, and we plan on making the most out of what we have. The simple things in life are usually the best things, and few things get much simpler than running down a city sidewalk, or park trail, followed up by a delicious meal and a good cup of coffee. We definitely do other things for fun, there are just so many things to experience in life to not try as many as we can, but more often than not, the satisfaction of putting miles under our feet gives us a feeling of accomplishment, and the meal we choose to eat after is both rewarding and beneficial. The things we will be posting about in this blog may seem like simple pleasures, and they are, but at the end of the day when we’re sitting back relaxing while sipping our coffee they leave us happy and fulfilled.
